Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Refunds may be granted if:

• The materials are defective or inaccessible.

Limitations

You are eligible for one refund per product purchased. Multiple refunds for the same product will not be processed.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons beyond our control, such as:

• Incorrectly assuming a test bank or solution manual would contain specific content.


• Misunderstanding your institution’s policies regarding test banks and solution manuals.

Processing Time

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 15 business days after the case is confirmed.
